Reviews come from invitations sent after a genuine purchase, or from open submissions identified as such. No reward is tolerated — no discount, no gift, no prize draw.
The origin of every review is displayed
Every review carries its proof level : verified purchase, by invitation, open submission, or carried over from another platform. The invitation rate tells you what the rating is worth.
Everything is published, nothing is filtered
Positive or negative, every review is published, whatever its origin. Our moderation tool does not read the rating : setting a review aside because it is bad is technically impossible.
The author stays in control
They can edit or withdraw their review at any time, with no time limit, through the link received by email.
The merchant deletes nothing
They can reply publicly or report a review; a human moderator decides, and the review stays visible while it is examined. You too can report a review through the link under each one.
