I sell online I have a shop

Your customers have an opinion.
Someone still has to ask for it.

  • Every review is tied to a real order : your customers can see it, and you can prove it.
  • Your stars show up in Google, on your product pages and on your public page.
  • Set it up once. After that the collection runs on its own, in each customer's language.

What reviews earn you, what fake reviews cost

× 4 more purchases on a product page, compared with the same page without a single review

From the fifth review on a product. An item showing five reviews is bought almost four times more often than the same item with none. Past that point, each extra review adds less and less : most of the gain is secured within the first five reviews on a product page.

Northwestern & PowerReviews, 2017 — vendor study
45 % of the reviews audited by the French consumer protection authority were not compliant

The DGCCRF, the French consumer protection authority, on a sample of reviews published online : 45 % showed an irregularity — fake reviews, reviews obtained in exchange for a reward, or negative reviews filtered out. That blanket suspicion is what your review page has to lift — and what a review tied to a real order does lift.

+ 12 % more reviews received once you start replying

Because an unhappy customer writes more calmly when they know they are being read. The businesses studied receive 12 % more reviews than before they started replying, and their average rating rises by 0.12 stars out of 5.

Proserpio & Zervas, 2017 — peer-reviewed
750 000 € fine faced by a merchant who publishes a fake review

Publishing a fake review, or having one written, is a deceptive commercial practice under French law. Committed by electronic means, it carries five years' imprisonment and a €750,000 fine — raised to 10 % of the company's average annual turnover where that amount is higher.

DGCCRF — public source
92 % of French consumers read reviews before buying

79 % of those readers say they have already abandoned a purchase after reading the reviews. Having no reviews is therefore not a neutral position : it lets the decision be made elsewhere.

How it works

Four steps, then nothing left to do

The plugin is installed once. After that, the collection runs on its own.

1

The order comes in

The plugin forwards it as soon as it is confirmed. Nothing to do on your side.

Order #4821 ✓ forwarded
2

The request goes out by itself

After the delay you choose, at the customer's local time, in their language.

How was your order?

3

The review stays tied to the order

It is that link to the order that entitles the review to the "verified purchase" label.

Online and in store

One platform on both sides of the counter

Many merchants sell online and in store. Running two review tools means running two ratings, two pages, two invoices — and explaining to customers why they differ.

On your website

The order triggers everything.

  • The plugin forwards the order
  • The invitation goes out at the right moment, in the customer's language
  • Reminders for those who did not reply
  • Product reviews tied to each item
Verified purchase

In store

Three routes, depending on what you have.

  • QR code on the counter, in the window, on the receipt
  • Email or SMS, entered by you or sent by your software
  • Connected till when it exposes an interface
  • One rating and one page per location
Verified purchase · By invitation · Open review

One account, one rating, one invoice. And on your public page, every review carries the label of how it was collected — plus a rate telling your visitors what share of your rating rests on customers who were actually invited.

API and artificial intelligence

Plug your AI into your reviews

Everything the interface does is available through the API. And for anyone using an assistant, there is nothing to build at all. Both accesses are included in the Unlimited plan.

For developers

Signed REST API

Pull your reviews into your ERP, your support tool or your dashboard. Reply from your own screens. Requests signed with HMAC-SHA256, OpenAPI documentation.

GET /api/v1/cms/reviews
POST /api/v1/cms/reviews/{id}/response
POST /api/v1/cms/reviews/{id}/report

MCP server

Add our server to Claude, ChatGPT or the assistant of your choice. You talk to it, it works on your reviews : no integration to build.

"Reply to this week's negative reviews, each in the customer's language."

7 replies drafted, awaiting your approval.

You are the one who decides whether those replies go out directly or wait for your review. The setting lives in your workspace, not in the assistant's hands.

Selling across borders

Every customer is asked in their own language

Your plugin sends us the customer's language along with the order. Everything else follows : not your language, theirs.

Customer side

Review request, reminder, acknowledgement, submission form and SMS all go out in the language they chose on your shop.

🇫🇷 "Votre avis nous intéresse" 🇬🇧 "How was your order?"

Shop side

Widgets and badge follow the language of the page carrying them. On a multilingual shop, there is nothing to configure.

Importing your existing reviews is free

Including on the Free plan. Coming from another platform? Your reviews come with you, at no cost and with no subscription required.

* 25 000 orders a year included. Beyond that, each additional order is billed €0,001 excl. VAT — and nothing goes out without your explicit agreement : until you have given it, collection stops at the included volume rather than inflating your invoice.
** SMS is billed €0,095 excl. VAT per 160-character segment, from the first one, on top of the subscription. It is the only feature whose every unit costs us money at a carrier : folding it into a flat price would mean charging it to those who never use it.

Verified reviews,
tied to real orders

Your orders turn into verified reviews without you having to do a thing. And every published review states how it was collected — that is what gives it its weight.
