I sell online I have a shop

Your customers walk through the door.
Their opinion stays outside.

  • A QR code on the counter, in the window, on the receipt. The customer scans, leaves a review : nothing to ask for, nothing to type in.
  • One rating and one page per location. Your customers rate the shop they actually visited, not the chain in general.
  • A till or invoicing software you can connect? The invitation goes out on its own, by email or SMS, and the review becomes a verified purchase.
How it works

Three ways to collect a review

You do not have to choose. They work together, and every review publicly states which one it came through.

The QR code

On the counter, in the window, on the receipt or the business card. The customer scans, rates, writes. They confirm their email address in one click — without that, nothing is published.

Open review

Nothing ties this review to a purchase, and we say so right next to it. In return, we keep the technical trace of the submission.

Email or SMS

You enter your customer's contact details — or your invoicing software sends them to us. The invitation goes out at the right moment, in their language.

By invitation

You named this person specifically. We know who was asked, which a QR code on the counter will never tell.

Your till

When it exposes an interface — Square, Lightspeed, Odoo, Hiboutik, Tiller — the payment reaches us together with the contact details from the digital receipt. You do nothing at all.

Verified purchase

The transaction was sent to us by a system. It is the highest level, and it raises your invitation rate.

We do not claim to print a QR code from your till. No till on the market allows it. What we do : a QR code you place or stick wherever you like, invitations by email and SMS, and a direct connection for the tills that accept one.

What sets us apart

A rating, and the means to know what it is worth

Two merchants at 4.8 : one was rated by their customers, the other by passers-by. Everywhere else, those two ratings look alike.

4,8
312 reviews
94% from invitations
  • 246 after a verified purchase order sent by the till
  • 47 by invitation customer asked by name
  • 19 open submitted from a QR code

The invitation rate does not rate you : it tells your customers how far your rating rests on real visits. It rises when you connect your till or your invoicing software — and it shows.

A rating, and the means
to know what it is worth

Every review says where it came from : an order sent by your till, an invitation you sent, or a QR code sitting on your counter. Your customers draw their own conclusions.
